We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of outdoor wear.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.

Are your boots covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our boots are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
